Description

So many strategies fail for companies, and there are several main reasons. Whether it is the definition, the goal setting, the execution, they all have something in common. They fail to start with your employees and their core understanding of where your company wants to go. This session is highly interactive and will walk through the power of getting your employees and culture right with the latest research, while also moderating a highly interactive strategy development session for your organization. Topics to be discussed are: why company culture is crucial and how you can influence it; developing an employee based culture for both improved ROI and greater tenure; define and interact on what strategy and execution mean to you.
