Jeremy Bond

Jeremy Bond

Jeremy Bond is a First Vice President and Corporate Treasury Relationship Manager for Trustmark National Bank. For the last nine years, he has been assisting large corporations, small businesses, associations, municipalities and state agencies of all sizes in the Central Mississippi area with their Corporate Treasury needs. Jeremy has over 20 years of banking experience with Trustmark. His passion is to assist businesses in becoming more efficient in their cash management process and better protected from the fraudulent schemes that exist in today's marketplace. Jeremy is originally from Demopolis, Alabama. He received his bachelors and master's degrees in Business Administration from Mississippi College. He has completed Banking School programs from the University of Mississippi and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He received his Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association for Financial Professionals. Jeremy currently lives in Flora, Mississippi with his wife Holly and twin sons, Christian and Brooks. While attending Mississippi College from 1996 to 2000, he lived out his dream of playing college football as the placekicker for the Choctaws. Jeremy and his family are active members of First Baptist Church in Flora, Mississippi.

Heather Broadwater

Heather Broadwater

A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and experienced attorney, Heather Broadwater advises employers as a Partner at Stanton Law. She proactively helps employers operate their businesses while establishing and maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws. Providing preventive counsel to employers regarding human resource issues, representing employers in disputes, and helping employers adopt policies, procedures, and practices to minimize the likelihood of legal disputes, Heather draws upon her legal education and experience, as well as a career steeped in business and human resource management. She is a regular speaker at events for national, regional, and local associations and at in-house training sessions for managers and employees. Heather is the President for the Athens Area Society for Human Resource Management and serves on the Personnel Committee for the Athens Area Humane Society.

Arthur D. Currie

Arthur D. Currie

As CFO for YoungWilliams with 35 years of public accounting experience, Dale is responsible for all administrative aspects of implementing a project, including HR, facilities, accounting, procurement, and financial budgets and forecasting. By focusing his team on standardizing systems and streamlining central controls across all projects, he has developed repeatable processes that help to establish high client expectations and ensure reliable results. Throughout the Contract, Dale will oversee administrative support functions, ensuring that all hiring, employee retention, facilities, accounting, and billing functions are on track.
Prior to his role at YoungWilliams, Dale established his career as a financial, administrative, and human resources expert. While a partner at leading audit and tax firm KPMG, he spearheaded international growth and served on a global leadership forum and steering committee. As Chief Operating Officer and CFO of a manufacturing and branding company, he directed customer service, supply chain management, distribution, and business systems. His comprehensive leadership experience informs his interest in creating more efficient processes that improve service execution.
Dale is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Public Accountancy and holds a Certified Public Accountancy designation. He holds a master and bachelor of professional accountancy degrees from Mississippi State University.

Ryan Dennewitz

Ryan Dennewitz

Ryan is a Director in KPMG's Advisory practice with over 10 years of experience offering end-to-end solutions to large scale Finance Transformations programs spanning several of KPMG's Fortune 100 clients. Ryan specializes in all phases of the transformation lifecycle, from initial discovery through design, implementation and stabilization. His background includes organizational and process optimization, digital enablement, and transition planning and execution with extensive experience across plan to act, record to report, order to cash, and procure to pay process areas. Ryan spans multiple industries: Technology & Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, and Power & Utilities.

Amanda Fontaine

Amanda Fontaine

Amanda began her position as the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters Executive Director in July, 2019. She is also the Executive Director for Hope Rising Mississippi. She previously served for fifteen years as the Executive Director of the Mississippi Burn Foundation and received her MBA at Delta State University. She currently serves as the American Heart Association Circle of Red Chair, UMMC Advisory board member, Southwest American Red Cross board member, Boy Scouts of America Executive board member, and on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Cancer Society Hope Ball. Amanda is very active with the Junior League of Jackson has previously served as Sustainers Chair, Mistletoe Co-chair and Touch A Truck Jackson Chair. She continues to be involved with numerous other community organizations.
She has previously served as Governor of Rotary District 6820, Governor of the American Advertising Federation AAF District 7, a member of the National Board of Directors of the American Advertising Federation, President for the American Association of Fundraising Professionals , President of the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce, President of the Rankin County Rotary Club, President of the YMCA Rankin County Advisory Board, President of the American Advertising Federation of Jackson, Vice President of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, a member of the Crossgates River Oaks Hospital Advisory Board, a member of the Delta State University Alumni Association Board of Directors and a member of the Metro YMCA Board of Directors. She was chosen as one of Mississippi Business Journal's Top 50 Women in Business and Mississippi Delta's Top 50 Women in Business and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the EMS Advisory Council. Amanda received the Rankin County Junior Auxiliary Community Volunteer of the Year, Empowering Progressive Women's Association Honoree, Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women, International Who's Who of Professional Management, 7th District of the American Advertising Federation Governor's Award, and 7th District of the American Advertising Federation President of the Year. She served as a participant in Leadership Rankin, Leadership Madison, and Leadership Mississippi; a Daily Points of Light award winner, Mississippi Healthcare Association Volunteer of the Year, and has received various other recognitions. Amanda speaks, facilitates capacity-building workshops, trainings, and certifications and has coached over 100 organizations, with fundraising and time management being her most requested trainings.

She has serviced varying clients across multiple industries, including Technology & Media, Consumer Products, and Industrial Manufacturing. She has helped organizations mature their Finance capabilities by implementing efficient & effective process, deploying leading digital solutions, and enabling data & analytics capabilities.

Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is the Director of the Risk Analytics in the Supervision and Regulation division of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Prior to becoming director, he was a subject matter expert in the division and was responsible for monitoring emerging trends in the banking industry and residential and commercial real estate. In April 2007, Hughes came to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from the FDIC in Atlanta, where he had worked for 10 years as a regional economist. With field exam teams as an audience, he analyzed regional economic and banking trends for the FDIC's Atlanta Region. Before working for the FDIC, Hughes was an economist with two economic consulting firms. At these companies, his responsibilities included forecasting and analyzing economic trends in the Southeast.

Michael currently serves as Director of Business and Community Development at Belhaven University. He retired in 2018 from State Government while serving as State Opioid Treatment Authority. He graduated from Belhaven University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2002 and William Carey University with a Master of Business Administration in 2003. He has served as an adjunct professor in the Belhaven School of Business for the past 22 years.

Melissa MacMillan

Melissa MacMillan, VP HR Solutions. Melissa possesses over 30 years of HR experience. Prior to joining the Acuity team, Melissa was part of a global retailer as a Divisional Vice President/HRBP for the Technology team for the last 4 years. She also has experience in financial services and consulting. She provides guidance, training and support to clients in the areas of recruiting and onboarding, talent management, employee relations, employment law compliance, organizational development, overall development of best practices of HR management. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Relations and Labor Studies from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. She also is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR).

Mike has over 20 years' experience providing IT and cybersecurity consulting services to organizations across multiple industries including financial institutions, medical providers, accounting firms, and small business. Mike is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity and IT assurance topics to university students, industry organizations, and local, state, and national conferences. He has a passion for educating users on the importance of cybersecurity in their everyday life. Mike earned his Bachelor of Accountancey and Master of Accountancy, both with an emphasis in information systems, from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Mississippi and Tennessee and a Certified Information Technology Professional. In 2016, Mike was recognized by the AICPA as one of the top technology assurance professionals under the age of 40.

Tommy Stephens received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (Major in Accounting) from Auburn University in 1985. In 1992, he earned a Master of Science degree (Major in Finance) from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Presently, Tommy is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Information Technology Professional, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. In 1995, Tommy began authoring and presenting continuing professional education courses to accounting and finance professionals. In 2003, he affiliated with K2 Enterprises, and in 2007, he joined the firm as a partner. Over the past twenty-seven years, Tommy has presented over 2,800 educational sessions to over 71,000 participants throughout the United States and Canada. Tommy maintains professional memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, he is a past member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

David W. Stevens

David has over 30 years of tax experience providing state and local consulting to clients, CPA firms and Law firms. He practices exclusively in state and local tax matters. His focus is in income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, business incentives and state credits and advocacy/controversy matters. David has served a broad range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, telecommunications, healthcare, construction, energy and technology industries. David has worked for two international firms, regional firms and currently manages a private multi-state tax consulting practice in Mississippi. He is a former director of the Mississippi State Tax Commission's Sales Tax Division.

John Tidwell

As the Chief Technology Officer, John Tidwell ensures the alignment of technological innovations and solutions with YoungWilliams' business objectives. With expertise in IT resource planning and operational strategies, John oversees the complete spectrum of the YoungWilliams technology vision. This includes directing the design of the IT organization, systems integration, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. With almost 20 years of experience in Child Support Enforcement, John has played a key role in building and maintaining Y-Trac, our proprietary Case Management application. John holds an Executive M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration, Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, as well as a Certification in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.

Brenda G. Walker

Brenda Walker is the Vice President of Acccounting for C Spire, a privately held telecommunications and technology company driven to deliver the best experiences in wireless, fiber internet, and business IT solutions headquartered in Ridgeland, MS. Before joining C Spire in 2005, Brenda spent almost 10 years in public accounting. Brenda graduated from USM in 1991 and received her CPA license in 1993. She and her husband Clint live in Brandon, MS and have two children.

Robert D. Zischke

Robert D. Zischke

Rob is a state and local tax manager at HORNE where he focuses on multi-state tax issues. He specializes in tax incentive identification and compliance, conflict resolution, and other issues multistate companies may be facing. Rob joined the firm in 2018. Before joining HORNE, he was the Bureau Director of Corporate Income and Franchise Tax for the Mississippi Department of Revenue where he oversaw the overall administration of corporate taxes, including return processing, audits, incentive review and approval and appeals. He is past President of the Central Chapter for the Ms Society of CPAs, serves on the MSCPA Board of Govenors, and is co-chair of the Taxation Committee. Rob earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
