Clients think that estate planning only applies to the very rich. In truth, there are many issues of critical concern for which the middle-income client needs to plan. This course is a must-attend for all Accounting and Financial Professionals who work with middle-income clients and are looking for ways to provide additional quality services. William F. Taylor

William F. (Bill) Taylor, CPA of Taylor, Mississippi, has been an employee benefit and investment consultant for over 20 years, beginning his career as the Employee Benefits Coordinator in the Jackson office of KPMG Peat Marwick and managing his own firm for over 15 years. Bill served as MSCPA Chairman in 2017-2018, MSCPA Secretary in 2008-2009, and was Chairman of MSCPA's Continuing Education Committee for seven years. He has also served as Chairman of the Public Service Committee and as Board Representative for the Northwest Chapter. A nationally known consultant and speaker, Bill has conducted seminars for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, more than 45 state CPA and Bar associations and other organizations. He was awarded as an AICPA Outstanding Discussion Leader in 2008 and 2014. Bill is the author of Taxation of Employee Benefits Volume I and Volume II, and his articles have appeared in numerous publications.
