Lisa R. Bernard
Lisa Bernard, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, CFE, is received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting (1989) and a Master of Professional Accountancy (1993) from The University of Southern Mississippi. She joined The Koerber Company, P.A. in 2010 as a staff accountant, where she is responsible for valuation and litigation support services for clients. The valuation services are primarily for estate and gift tax purposes, purchases and sales of businesses, and equitable distribution related to divorces. The litigation support services consist of estimating damages in personal injury and wrongful death actions. Ms. Bernard is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Mississippi. She obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, completed the requirements to be classified as Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (including the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Committee), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the National Association of Forensic Economics, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Prior to joining The Koerber Company, P.A., Ms. Bernard was a senior tax auditor for the Mississippi State Tax Commission, an accountant for private industry, and an instructor at William Carey College (now William Carey University), Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and Pearl River Community College. Her subject areas included Principles of Accounting, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, and Marketing Management.
Matt Easterling is a named partner with Robertson+Easterling and serves as the firm CFO. A graduate of the University of Alabama in Investment Finance, he completed his legal education at Ole Miss. Matt has an uncanny ability to put people in crisis at ease -so much that many clients have remarked that he missed his true calling as a therapist. Madison Field, CFE, CVA is an Associate Director with P&N's Consulting Services Group, and member of the firm's Litigation Niche.
Madison’s practice focuses on forensic, valuation, and transaction advisory services for attorneys, businesses, and individuals. Madison provides advisory services in commercial and individual economic damage matters, matrimonial dissolution matters, and performs valuations of businesses. Madison has experience performing business valuations in disputes, tax planning, and transactions and has experience providing financial consulting services for due diligence, financial modeling and cash flow analysis, forensic accounting and asset tracing, and investment and retirement benefits analysis.
Will Janoush is an associate attorney with Barnes Law Firm, P.A. in Flowood, Mississippi, specializing in business planning, estate planning, taxation, and related areas. Will advises clients on business entity selection and formation issues, drafts various estate and business planning documents, handles business mergers and acquisitions, represents clients before state and local tax authorities, and represents clients in corporate, estate, and trust litigation matters. Will currently serves on the Tax Section of the Mississippi Bar. Will is actively involved in various charitable and community organizations. Will joined the Phoenix Club of Jackson in 2011, a nonprofit with the sole purpose of raising funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi. Will later served on its board for three years – first, in the capacity of events director for two years and later serving as its President for his last year on the board. Afterwards, Will joined the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Mississippi, where he currently serves on the Research & Development Committee. Will is also active with the Boy Scouts of America. He currently serves on the Executive Board of the Andrew Jackson Council, as well as on the board of the North Trace District of said council.
Ralph A. Litolff
Ralph A. Litolff, Jr., CPA/CFF/ABV, CVA, MBA is the founder of RAL Forensics. He has over 21 years of experience in public accounting, including consulting engagements for a wide variety of closely-held and publicly-traded companies as well as government and nonprofit entities. He provides advisory services to business owners and attorneys in the areas of forensic accounting, business valuation, financial analyses, forecasts and projections, profitability improvement studies, business planning, internal control reviews, commercial litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring. Ralph holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Loyola University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Public Accountant, accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics and also holds the designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst. Over the course of his career, Ralph has also earned the credentials as a Certified Government Finance Manager and a Certified Financial Services Auditor. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPA’s where he serves as a CPA Ambassador and is a Past-Chairman of its Business Consulting, and Career Awareness committees and a member of the Litigation Services Committee and its Business Valuation Sub-Committee. The American Institute of CPAs recently selected Ralph as the CFF Champion for the State of Louisiana. He is a volunteer for several organizations, including the Louisiana Restaurant Association, the Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association, St. Ann Church and School, the Gladney Center for Adoption and Mount Carmel Academy. Ralph is a Past-President of The Loyola University Alumni Association, a member of its Business Alumni Association and Executive Mentoring Program (and was named Loyola’s 2004 Young Alumnus of the Year), the UNO MBA Association, Arts Council of New Orleans and the Coastal Conservation Association.
John ("JP") Luster, CPA, is a Manager in P&N's Consulting Services Group, specializing in providing financial, accounting, and operational restructuring advisory services to distressed companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, he spent five years at a national accounting firm within their Bankruptcy and Restructuring group in Houston, TX. Additionally, JP has spent time within P&N's assurance practice serving oil, gas, and utility clients. JP has significant experience in understanding the complexities of the Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy processes. Additionally, he has significant knowledge of Accounting Standards Codification ("ASC") 852, Reorganizations, and Fresh Start Reporting, as well as performing valuations in accordance with ASC 805, ASC 820, and ASC 350.
Ty Pennington is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Mr. Pennington graduate from Mississippi State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Educational Psychology. He completed a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Mississippi State in 1999. After completing the national certification requirements, Mr. Pennington worked with the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services as Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for a year. He was hired by Rehabilitation Inc. in 2000 and worked with the company for 20 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation expert. Mr. Pennington provides vocational evaluations, labor market surveys, transferable skills analysis, and job analysis. He initializes job development to assist in the rehabilitation process of individuals with industrial injuries and liability claims. Mr. Pennington has provided testimony as an expert witness in the field of Rehabilitation Counseling in state and federal courts. He is certified as a counselor through the Department of Labor’s Longshoremen and Federal workers program and is a Fellow with the American Board of Vocational Experts. Mr. Pennington has attended and presented at numerous seminars over the past 15 years and is the former president of the Mississippi Chapter of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector. Mr. Pennington lives in Pelahatchie, MS with his wife and two sons.
Tuan Pham is an Associate Director in the P&N Consulting Services Group. He has over 15 years of experience providing litigation and dispute consulting services at various boutique and big four accounting firms and is fluent in Vietnamese. He has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, accounting investigations, intellectual property litigation, and valuation matters. Tuan advises clients in areas of finance, accounting, and general business practices. Tuan has served clients in a number of industries including manufacturing, automotive, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, computer software and hardware, internet, telecommunications, mining, alternative energy, and oil and gas.
Ryan Richmond is a cost-conscious business lawyer who leads the firm’s bankruptcy practice in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Ryan represents debtors, creditors and trustees in all stages of commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases. After serving as a law clerk for the Middle District of Louisiana Bankruptcy Court, Ryan has appeared in bankruptcy cases throughout Louisiana and Texas, whether helping businesses confirm their plan of reorganization or individuals obtain their discharge from debts. Ryan was also recently selected to serve as a Subchapter V trustee under the new Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA). With almost 15 years of bankruptcy experience, he can businesses enact a quick or complicated turn around, or save an individual’s house from foreclosure.

He has performed business valuations in estate and gift matters, litigation support, sales and acquisitions, and shareholder transactions. He has experience providing transaction advisory and diligence services, financial modeling, and other consulting services. Benjamin has prepared, overseen, and contributed to numerous business valuations and written litigation opinions. Additionally, Benjamin has testified as an expert witness in financial and business matters.
