Matthew Abernathy, Managing Director, Underwriting. Matt started with FCCI as a Sr. Commercial Lines Underwriter and has actively participated in the Underwriter Workbench Steering Committee, Emerging Leaders, President’s Action Committee (PAC), development of the Agency Evaluation Matrix and Advanced Leadership Initiative (ALI). Matt was recently promoted to Managing Director of Underwriting in the Gulf Coast Region. He and his family moved from FCCI Alabama Branch to the Gulf Coast Regional office in Ridgeland, MS. Matt works with all of our regional teammates and agency partners throughout the Gulf Coast Region. Matt resides in Gluckstadt Mississippi with his wife Leigh and two sons, Barrett and Fitz.
Susan Denham-Collins is the Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist (CORPS) for the Jackson, MS District Office of the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division (WHD). The Jackson District Office conducts compliance assistance and investigations throughout the State of Mississippi in multiple program areas, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), government contract statutes including Davis Bacon and Service Contract Act, agriculture laws including the Migrant and Seasonal Protection Act (MSPA) and provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act under VISA programs (H2A, H2B, H1B). We also enforce the Consumer Credit Protection Act (CCPA - garnishment law) and the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA). Susan has been with the Agency for 25 years and served as the CORPS for the past 4 years and previously as a senior investigator in the Tupelo, MS Field Station. Prior to coming to Wage and Hour, she was an investigator for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in Oklahoma City, OK and in Washington, DC. She is a native of Vicksburg, MS and a graduate of Hinds College and the University of Southern Mississippi.
John H. Dollarhide
John Dollarhide is an attorney at Butler Snow where his practice focuses on business torts and unfair competition, commercial and financial services litigation, and professional liability. He is a member of the American, Mississippi, and Capital Area Bar Associations and the Jackson Young Lawyers. He is also involved with the Defense Research Institute, Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists and was named a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star. John earned his bachelor degree from Mississippi State and Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College.

John England served as Practice Group Leader for the Firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets Group for over 17 years. John concentrates his practice in government finance, tax credit finance and economic development incentives. For over 28 years he has participated in reviewing, analyzing and structuring a variety of public finance, economic development finance and tax credit finance transactions. He has been involved in financings to support hospitals and other healthcare projects, natural gas, electricity and other energy projects, transportation projects, manufacturing and processing facilities, commercial developments, and community development and other urban renewal projects. John is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and his work has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America® and Mid-South Super Lawyers®. Additionally, The American Lawyer named him “Dealmaker of the Year”. He has also served in leadership roles for the National Association of Bond Lawyers. John obtained his J.D. from Mississippi College and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida. He is admitted to The Mississippi Bar.
Haley F. Gregory
Haley Gregory practices law at Butler Snow where her focus is on commercial litigation, business torts and unfair competition, and insurance coverage. She received her bachelor and master degrees at Mississippi College and her Juris Doctorate at The University of Mississippi. She is a member of the American, Mississippi, and Capital Area Bar Associations and the Jackson Young Lawyers and has been named a Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Star. Haley also serves on several committees with the Defense Research Institute.
Tiffany Hawkins is Regional Vice President in the Gulf Coast Regional office of FCCI Insurance Group located in Ridgeland. Hawkins oversees agency relationships, underwriting, claims and risk management operations. Hawkins joined FCCI in 2012 as a senior marketing underwriter. She has since been building agency partnerships in Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee, quickly earning the state director role for those three states. Hawkins began her insurance career at the St. Paul Companies and later joined the Travelers Insurance Company in Mississippi as a Sales Executive. Hawkins graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in risk management.
Jetson G. Hollingsworth
Jet is an attorney at Butler Snow in Jackson. He has served as investor counsel, counsel to community development entities, leverage lender counsel, and QALICB or Developer counsel in over $800 million in Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits and Renewable Energy Tax Credit transactions, including numerous twinned tax credit transactions combining a variety of leverage sources.
Donna M. Ingram
Donna Ingram is President of Donna M. Ingram, CPA, PC in Vicksburg, MS. She previously was a partner at May & Company, LLP for 18 years and has practiced accounting for over 30 years. In addition to being a CPA, Donna is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified in Financial Forensics. Donna is a graduate of Michigan State University. She was a member of the Mississippi Society of CPAs peer review committee for over a decade, serving one term as Chair. She also served as chair of the MSCPA’s Accounting and Auditing Committee. Donna served on the AICPA’s peer review board from 2003 to 2005. Donna is involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations and has been a presenter of accounting, auditing and fraud related courses around the country. Donna and her husband Paul have two sons, one following in his
mother’s footsteps as a CPA and the other an assistant PGA professional at Pasatiempo.
Laura E. Lewis
Laura Lewis, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor. She obtained her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mississippi College and later went on to study clinical counseling and psychology in their Doctoral of Professional Counseling program. She has previous experience addressing a broad range of mental health and medical issues while working as the Adult Program Coordinator for partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. She also served as a Medical Officer for a detention center and has experience providing care to clients from a wide scope demographically.
Laura enjoys working with all age groups and populations. She has experience in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, chronic pain, grief recovery, identity building, marital issues, and comorbid medical issues. Other areas of interest include eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorders, as well as eating disorders NOS), trauma recovery, and personality disorders.
Laura provides individual, family, and marital services, and she primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral, dialectal behavioral, brief solution focused, and systemic approaches in her clinical treatment. She enjoys helping clients gain a renewed sense of hope and purpose for their lives.
